Billing for Services
The ECAA bills patients transported in our vehicles for the services rendered. The billing of ambulance services (both BLS and ALS} are administered by Cornerstone Adminisystems. The billing of paratransit services and standbys are administered by the ECAA.

Direct Mail Solicitation
The ECAA conducts an annual direct mail solicitation of residential addresses within our primary response territory. The first mailing is normally sent in mid-October and a follow up mailing is sent in mid-December. The direct mail solicitation is administered by Omni Computer Services, Inc.

Annual Benefit Auction
The ECAA conducts an annual benefit auction in March. Businesses within our primary response territory are solicited for donations of cash, gift certificates and/or new/used merchandise. The gift certificates and merchandise is then auctioned to the highest bidder during a public auction. The auction services are donated by the Horst Auction Center of Ephrata.

United Way

The ECAA is eligible to receive contributions through the United Way Donor Choice program.
